About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing large-scale ERP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive sponsors.


This role requires a combination of strong leadership, deep ERP understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Oracle Fusion delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP projects (Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, etc.).
  • Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality of deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into structured project plans and implementation roadmaps.
  • Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams, data migration, integration, and testing streams.
  • Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure alignment with Oracle implementation methodology (OUM / AIM or similar).
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and customers.
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper governance and approvals.
  • Lead client workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive updates.
  • Invoice Collection.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in ERP project management.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise or multi-country ERP programs.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, or Procurement processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple streams and complex dependencies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
  • Oracle certifications are an advantage.
