Senior Project Manager – Oracle Fusion

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing large-scale ERP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive sponsors.
This role requires a combination of strong leadership, deep ERP understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Oracle Fusion delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP projects (Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, etc.).
- Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality of deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into structured project plans and implementation roadmaps.
- Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams, data migration, integration, and testing streams.
- Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure alignment with Oracle implementation methodology (OUM / AIM or similar).
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and customers.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper governance and approvals.
- Lead client workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive updates.
- Invoice Collection.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in ERP project management.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise or multi-country ERP programs.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, or Procurement processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple streams and complex dependencies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
- Oracle certifications are an advantage.
