  • โ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • โ Manage, coach, and support a team of sales executives or account managers.
  • โ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
  • โ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • โ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • โ Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • โ Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.


๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

  • โ Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • โ Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in Oracle ERP.
  • โ Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • โ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • โ Strategic thinking with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • โ Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
