- โ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- โ Manage, coach, and support a team of sales executives or account managers.
- โ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
- โ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- โ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- โ Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- โ Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
