𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage, coach, and support a team of sales executives or account managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in Oracle ERP.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
