Job Summary:
The GM Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, effective communication across departments, and efficient handling of confidential tasks. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the GM’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and business reviews.
- Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up on key business projects and action items.
- Screen and manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up items.
- Support executive-level decision-making with data, insights, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in drafting internal communications, memos, and announcements.
- Manage logistics for events, visits, and off-site meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in AI Tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and Arabic, if required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with executive workflows in corporate or multinational environments.
- Experience in supporting C-level executives.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
