𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger with primary responsibility for utilizing the Odoo accounting module for all related tasks.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately within the Odoo system.
- Reconcile various accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and intercompany accounts, leveraging Odoo's functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Lead and execute the budgeting process, including preparing, analyzing, and monitoring departmental and company-wide budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and variance analysis.
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting within Odoo and related financial processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff (if applicable).
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
- Demonstrable proficiency and hands-on experience exclusively with the Odoo accounting module.
- Proven track record in developing, managing, and analyzing budgets.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 /𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is a plus.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, specifically within technology companies.
- Proven expertise in using Odoo specifically for accounting operations and robust budgeting capabilities.
