Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for building strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Area Sales Manager to drive our business growth, expand market presence, and lead our sales efforts in Egypt & Africa.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • ⁠Manage, coach, and support a team of sales executives or account managers.
  • ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
  • ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • ⁠Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • ⁠Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.


𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • ⁠Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in Oracle ERP.
  • ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • ⁠Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • ⁠Strategic thinking with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • ⁠Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
