𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Oversee and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects for clients, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead project planning sessions, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Coordinate with Odoo consultants and developers to deliver seamless, customized solutions.
Facilitate communication between clients and the technical team to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Conduct risk assessments, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, functional specifications, and reports.
Provide post-implementation support and conduct reviews to ensure the success of each project.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 / 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP,) is highly desirable.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
At least 3+ years of experience in ERP Project Management, preferably with a focus on Odoo implementations.
Proven experience managing ERP implementations from planning through go-live.
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of Python and basic SQL for minor customization is a plus.
